After a poor critique in a photography class while in college, my former teacher and current friend Michael Lease simply said "You need to take images of things that matter to you". Since that day in late 2001 I have been striving to do that with every project I undertake. A portrait/documentary photographer by nature, I attempt to infuse a part of my original personality into every photograph I take. My images always leave you with a smile or a thought, but more importantly you can always tell it matters to me. |
